Add a Secret Message to your email!
(1) Download Secret Writing.
(2) Type your message on the left side.
(3) Click "Copy All".
(4) Go to your email, and choose Paste.

Decode a Secret Message in your email!
(1) Download Secret Writing.
(2) Copy the secret message from your email
(3) Click "Paste Over".
(4) See the message on the right side.

When you install Secret Writing it will need your permission to copy and paste. More...

Why does Java Web Start give a "Security Warning"?

Secret Writing needs to access the system "clipboard" file on your hard drive to copy and paste.

Why does Secret Writing need full system access just to copy and paste?!

Sadly, Java Web Start only gives Secret Writing two ways to copy and paste. (See Web Start RFE 4822111.)

(1) ask once for permission to read and write anything anytime, or

(2) ask every time it runs for permission to copy and again for permission to paste.
